About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our data-driven IoT solutions. In this role, you’ll translate our vision into actionable objectives, manage agile development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of complex features. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to drive the roadmap, focusing on data layers like packets and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for our data-centric IoT solutions.
- Sprint & Project Management: Drive agile sprints, ensuring clear alignment between engineering and business teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage products from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration.
- Timely Execution: Proactively manage risks and deliver roadmap milestones on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, risks, and achievements to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, ideally with IoT, data products, or AI-driven technologies.
- Strong understanding of data layers and products, including handling data packets and event streams.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Solid experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional project management.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities and clear decision-making.
- Exposure to AI-powered products (chatbots, conversational AI, etc.) or applied AI technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with data science principles, machine learning models, or Python is highly desirable.
- Passion for IoT innovation and creative problem-solving in real-world applications.
