We’re on the lookout for a Senior Data Analytics Lead who thrives on turning complex data into strategic insights that drive real-world impact. What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Maintain Analytics Frameworks: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to enhance visibility into operations, market expansion, and overall business health.
  • Be a Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with teams across operations, product, and finance to ensure data needs are met and uncover hidden growth opportunities.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle data challenges head-on — even when the perfect solution isn’t immediately available.
  • Forecasting & Optimization: Develop models that predict delivery demand, optimize fleet deployment, and inform market expansion strategies.
  • Strategic Analytics Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Own the Outcome: Define success metrics and deliver data-driven strategies that drive measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (STEM preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 4+ years of advanced SQL experience, plus proficiency with Python or R for forecasting and statistical analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills — experience with tools like ThoughtSpot, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analysis techniques.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Exceptional communication skills — ability to simplify complex data and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
