Technical Recruiter (Mid Level)

We’re seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own our entire hiring process. You’ll work directly with Sales team to shape hiring strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, starting with AI /MLand Data related roles.
Proactively source candidates using creative outreach strategies
Manage candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional applicant experiences
Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes
Help shape our employer brand and track key hiring metrics

Requirements:

4+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in startups or product companies
Strong understanding of the engineering landscape and technical evaluation
Independent worker with excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
