Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree (minimum of four years of study) in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Academic or professional experience in areas such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Data Science, Data Mining, or Bioinformatics.
- Proficiency with database systems, including SQL and MongoDB.
- Strong programming capabilities in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Practical experience with deep learning and machine learning frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and experience developing commercial software systems using object-oriented programming principles.
- Relevant industry experience, internships, or research roles in academic or professional settings.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Active engagement in research communities, with publications in reputable AI/ML/NLP/CV or biomedical conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, CVPR, KDD).
