We are looking for an accomplished Lead Computer Vision Engineer to drive our next-generation visual intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will not only architect and build high-performance models for real-time image and video analysis but also lead a high-caliber team of engineers and data scientists. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation and impact, bringing cutting-edge research into scalable, production-ready solutions that power our data-driven products.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect advanced computer vision solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Build and lead a team of computer vision engineers and data scientists.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and impactful products.
• Guide the adoption of new research and emerging technologies.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of deployed models.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders on progress and strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of computer vision experience (e-commerce, retail, or fashion a plus).
• Proven experience in team leadership and technical mentorship.
• Expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with deep experience in frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in model optimization (quantization, pruning) and GPU acceleration.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
