We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive insights across the organization, working closely with our Product, Finance, and Growth teams. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into actionable strategies, build dashboards that empower fast decisions, and be a true thought partner to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end analytics projects, from gathering requirements to delivering insights.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proactively build reports and dashboards that guide critical business decisions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and surface key insights.
• Act as a thought leader, advising stakeholders and leadership on data strategies.
• Anticipate business needs and help develop scalable analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience (product, finance, or growth analytics preferred).
• Proven background in data-informed decision-making, with experience collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong skills in statistical programming languages like Python or R.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
